Soooo many event-driven American brewers as well as most international brewers are using “one-way” kegs which are plastic and completely not recyclable (that massive sphere ornament on our Christmas Tree is one such keg we painted). To us it defeats the purpose of draught where a system of refillable stainless kegs wipes out single-use containers so you may notice our limited international offering now as well as fewer “elite” brewers on tap as we refuse to tap plastic! If you attend beer festivals do take a look around back after to see the roll-offs full of such vessels.

Silly but it takes more work on our end is no longer use polyurethane for floors or tables. Look at the bar it’s deeply infused with oil then periodically we rub a home blend of beeswax/walnut oil polish into it.

Our menus are not mummified in plastic and our kid's menus are on vintage chalkboards.
